About the role
As the Central Analytics Lead, you will play a vital role in building and scaling the central analytics function to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing robust data analysis frameworks and methodologies. - Building and maintaining data dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics. - Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decisions. - Developing and presenting data-driven presentations to stakeholders. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and offer actionable insights. - Mentoring a team of analysts to ensure high performance (future expectation). - Identifying opportunities for data-driven innovation and process improvement. - Ensuring data quality and integrity across all systems. - Keeping up to date with advancements in data analytics and visualization. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Minimum 4 years of experience in an analytics role, preferably in a high-growth startup environment. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. - Strong familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. - Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a critical and independent thinking approach. - Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. - Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
