Description We've built a platform that works. The team is sharp, the product has traction, and the market is leaning in. Now we need to go from working to at scale, and that requires an engineering leader who has done this kind of 0-1-10 journey before and knows where the landmines are buried. What The Role Actually Looks Like Own the architecture of the platform we're building for the next 5 years Build and scale the engineering org hiring, structure, rituals, culture Sit in every room where product, tech, and business strategy intersect Partner directly with the founders and the leadership team on what we build next What We're Looking For In You 8- 10 years of backend & platform engineering, with real scars from scale Deep fluency in Node.js / Python / Java, and cloud (AWS or GCP) A track record of building teams that outlast you Strong ownership - the kind that makes founders sleep better at night What We'll Offer In Return Real ownership.
