The ideal candidate will work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders to ensure AI systems operate efficiently, reliably, and securely. This role combines technical knowledge with operational excellence to drive AI adoption and improve business processes. Key Responsibilities Support the deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of AI and machine learning solutions in production. Monitor AI model performance, identify issues, and coordinate resolution with technical teams. Manage AI workflows, automation processes, and operational procedures. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI systems, including accuracy, latency, and reliability. Coordinate model updates, version control, and deployment schedules. Assist with data quality monitoring, validation, and issue resolution. Document AI operational processes, workflows, and best practices. Collaborate with engineering, product, compliance, and business teams to ensure smooth AI operations. Support AI governance, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Maintain AI knowledge bases, documentation, and operational reports. Troubleshoot AI system issues and escalate complex technical problems when necessary. Assist in user onboarding, training, and adoption of AI tools and platforms. Evaluate opportunities to improve AI processes, automation, and operational efficiency.
