About the role
Hiring: Workday Integrations Consultant Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune & Chennai (Hybrid) Experience: 3-12 Years Contract Duration: 6 Months Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Workday Certification: Mandatory Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and support Workday integrations. Work on EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Cloud Connect, and API-based integrations. Build integrations between Workday and third-party systems such as Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and HR platforms. Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions. Gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. Create and maintain integration documentation. Collaborate with clients, business teams, and technical stakeholders. Required Skills 3-5 years of hands-on Workday Integration experience. Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect. Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Web Services. Understanding of Workday architecture, security, and data structures. Experience integrating Workday with systems such as ADP, SAP, Oracle, Fidelity, etc. Good communication and client-facing skills. Preferred Prior consulting experience. Agile/Scrum project experience. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
