Production Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products. Oversee daily shop floor operations, monitor productivity, and implement process improvements. Develop and maintain effective production plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure compliance with quality standards by monitoring fabrication processes and implementing corrective actions as needed. Manage manpower effectively by allocating tasks, training employees, and resolving conflicts. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (Production Engineer). Diploma or Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or related field (B.Tech / B.E.). Strong understanding of production supervising, management, planning, and processing principles. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
