About the role
Role & responsibilities :- You will act as the primary technical backbone for our Field Service Engineering (FSE) team , providing them with critical software, networking, and application support. Provide remote IT support to Field Service Engineers for technical issues. Assist Field Service Engineers during installation and commissioning of network-enabled medical equipment. Troubleshoot basic network issues, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and TCP/IP connectivity. Install, configure and troubleshoot software for medical devices and equipment. Support analyzer connectivity with LIS/HIS and resolve communication issues. Manage IT support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution. Perform network testing and verify communication between devices. Collaborate with Service teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance at client sites. Willing to travel for complex networking issues. (PAN INDIA)
