About the role
Job Role: Analyst Location: Navi Mumbai/Mumbai Salary: 22,000 in hand Night Shift Allowance: 4,000/month Quarterly Bonus: 9,000 Job Responsibilities: Provide technical support to US broadband customers. Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, modem, and router-related issues. Resolve customer queries through voice support. Update customer records and maintain service standards. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate Freshers can apply. HSC with a minimum of 6 months of BPO/Customer Service experience (on paper) Requirements Excellent English communication skills.Basic technical knowledge is required.Immediate joiners will be preferred.
