About the role
Job Description Python Developer (LOS & LMS Zoho) Job Responsibilities - Provide L1 & L2 support for LOS, LMS, and related applications. - Coordinate with LOS/LMS Software development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments. - Understand Python-based application logic and assist in debugging and troubleshooting. - Review API requests/responses and integration issues. - Conduct UAT and verify releases before production deployment. - Conduct user training on LOS, LMS, and other internal systems and provide ongoing support. Train employees across Sales, Credit, Operations, Finance, and Collections on LOS/LMS. - Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training documents. - Gather business requirements and coordinate with vendors for implementation. - Monitor application performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Mandatory Skills - Python (Intermediate) - REST APIs - SQL/MySQL - LOS & LMS - NBFC/FinTech - L1 & L2 Support - UAT Testing - User Training - Requirement Gathering - Vendor Management Experience - 35 years in NBFC/FinTech. - Experience working with LOS/LMS vendors or enterprise applications.
