Job Description Python Developer (LOS & LMS Zoho) Job Responsibilities Provide L1 & L2 support for LOS, LMS, and related applications. Coordinate with LOS/LMS Software development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments. Understand Python-based application logic and assist in debugging and troubleshooting. Review API requests/responses and integration issues. Conduct UAT and verify releases before production deployment. Conduct user training on LOS, LMS, and other internal systems and provide ongoing support. Train employees across Sales, Credit, Operations, Finance, and Collections on LOS/LMS. Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training documents. Gather business requirements and coordinate with vendors for implementation. Monitor application performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Mandatory Skills Python (Intermediate) REST APIs SQL/MySQL LOS & LMS NBFC/FinTech L1 & L2 Support UAT Testing User Training Requirement Gathering Vendor Management Experience 35 years in NBFC/FinTech.
