Ensures that daily schedules, quality and production goals are met, troubleshoots problems as required. 2. Provide technical leadership for department, including reccommending and implementing equipment, process and material enhancements. 3. Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements and work flow including design layouts for equipment and workspace. 4. Maintains constructive working relationship with business units, customers, and internal departments including effective communication, coordination of WIP and process improvement. 5. Maintain systems for tracking efficiency, quality, scrap, rework, etc. Identifies and implements steps for improvement. 6. Researches and makes recommnedations on production and auxiliary equipment procurement, identifies new technologies and expansion plans. 7. New developments of Molding parts along with Tool shop & QA. 3. Job Specification Experience Atleast 10 yrs to 12. experience and Expert proficiency in the injection molding process. Experience in new product development, Process stability and Operation excellence. Preparation of MIS for the Department and leading team of Supervisors and workers. Well acquaintance with all Management systems (IMS, IT, Certifications etc.) Proficient / Expert in MS Power point presentation and Soft skills like MS Excel, MS Word etc. Education B.E Mech / PG Dip in Plastics Field of Study Plastic Processing / Mechanical Added Advantage MBA / PGDMA / CIPET /Lean / Six Sigma Certification Field of Study Manufacturing Language(s) Required English Ability Level 2 - Business Fluent Required Ability Level 3 - Native Speaker Required Hindi Ability Level 2 - Business Fluent
