About the role
Roles And Responsibility. 1. Coordinate with Architect and other agency to design a feasible project 2. Liaison with govt Agency to get necessary approvals for starting the project 3.Inspect project site to ensure they meet relevant codes and are progressing properly 4. Post Inspection prepare and check contractor bills 5.Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments. 6.Supervise and coordinate with contractors and laborers. 7.Perform quality control checks and monitor project progress. Education: BE CIVIL 1) Min10 - 15 year of experience in Civil engg Dept. 2) Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada preferable. 3) BE Civil a Must 4) Have own conveyance like motorbike or scooter 5) Willing to travel and stay in locations across south India
