Network Engineer - Sanand, Ahmedabad Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science/BE/B Tech, BSC IT or a related field CCNA is must Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in a network administration role Previous experience with Cisco/HP/Juniper switches, routers and enterprise telephony is preferred Additional Qualifications/Skills: - Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts - Proven network engineering, network operations, and network performance analysis skills - Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities - Ability to work independently under minimal supervision - Knowledge of computing infrastructures - Familiarity with network management and monitoring tools - Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability - Solid interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues Job Description: - Assist in network design and implementation. - Provide network support across all locations. - Install, configure and support network (wired and wireless) and telecom (PBX/CUCM) equipment. - Coordinate with vendors, partners, service provides, internal and external stakeholders. - Provide network support to users. - Deploy security improvements and system upgrades under guidance of seniors and security team. - Monitor network (wired and wireless) to ensure optimal performance. - Create and maintain network users/permissions. - Support users and infrastructure to minimize user impact. - Create technical support documentation. .
