System Analysts

Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur is looking for System Analysts to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Analyze and understand business requirements to develop technical solutions Evaluate existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements Design and propose system enhancements, including specifications and diagrams Coordinate with development and IT teams to implement and test system changes Conduct system performance analysis and troubleshooting to ensure functionality Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; additional certifications are advantageous Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies Proficiency in business analysis tools, modeling techniques, and requirements gathering Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or within a team Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):Certifications in business analysis or system analysis (CBAP, CCBA, etc ) Experience with process modeling tools (BPMN, UML, etc ) Knowledge of database querying and SQL Familiarity with Agile or other iterative development methodologies Benefits:Opportunity to contribute to optimizing systems and processes for improved efficiency Competitive salary and benefits package Potential for career growth and professional development Collaborative and innovative work environment
