Product Manager - Automation

Drive Automation Strategy: Identify and prioritize high-ROI opportunities to automate internal processes and customer-facing workflows using AI (e.g., document extraction, data matching, code generation, and intelligent support bots). Define Product Vision: Translate business needs into functional requirements, product specs, and measurable success metrics for AI-powered modules leveraging LLMs, embeddings, OCR, and predictive analytics . Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with ML engineers to design and implement human-in-the-loop workflows , confidence-scoring systems, and validation frameworks to ensure accuracy and trust. Integrate AI into Core Products: Develop and maintain a product roadmap for embedding automation into existing solutions, such as receipt and invoice reconciliation or ad platform optimizations to enhance efficiency and scalability. Ensure Governance and Compliance: Align automation initiatives with data governance, compliance, and auditability standards, ensuring responsible and transparent AI implementation. Evaluate and Implement Technologies: Conduct vendor assessments (e.g., Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs ) and manage proofs of concept (PoCs) to validate technical feasibility and business impact.
