Job Description AI/BI Developer (Power BI, Tableau, AI, LLM & RAG) Job Title: AI/BI Developer Power BI, Tableau, AI, LLM & RAG Location: Hyderabad / Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled AI/BI Developer with expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate will build intelligent analytics platforms, AI-powered dashboards, and GenAI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong expertise in business intelligence, data engineering, prompt engineering, and modern AI frameworks. Key Responsibilities Business Intelligence & Data Visualization Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau. Create executive-level dashboards with KPIs, scorecards, drill-through reports, and self-service analytics. Develop semantic models, data models, DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, and Tableau visualizations. Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy. AI & Generative AI Development Design and implement AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using enterprise knowledge bases. Develop AI assistants, intelligent search, chatbot, and document Q&A applications. Fine-tune prompts and optimize LLM responses for business use cases. Integrate AI capabilities into BI platforms for conversational analytics. Data Engineering Build ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data. Integrate multiple data sources including SQL databases, APIs, cloud storage, SharePoint, and enterprise applications. Implement vector databases for semantic search and knowledge retrieval. Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards. AI Solution Development Develop AI workflows using Python and modern AI frameworks. Integrate OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or Azure OpenAI services into enterprise applications. Build recommendation engines, document intelligence, summarization, and automation solutions. Evaluate AI models for accuracy, latency, and business relevance. Cloud & Deployment Deploy AI and BI solutions on Azure, GCP, or AWS. Develop REST APIs for AI services. Implement CI/CD pipelines for BI and AI applications. Monitor solution performance and optimize scalability. Collaboration Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and AI requirements. Partner with Data Engineers, Architects, Product Managers, and Development teams. Present dashboards, insights, and AI solution demonstrations to leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. 510 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering. At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures. Experience building enterprise AI solutions integrated with BI platforms is highly preferred.
