Senior AI Developer

Job Title: Senior AI Developer / Engineer Location: Hyderabad [Onsite] Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications Build end-to-end AI pipelines including data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment Work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions Optimize and fine-tune models for accuracy, performance, and scalability Develop and maintain APIs and services for model inference Ensure AI solutions follow best practices for security, scalability, and reliability Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and generative technologies Contribute to AI architecture, technical standards, and roadmap planning Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related roles Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or JAX Solid understanding of: Machine Learning algorithms Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision Experience with data processing and analysis using NumPy, Pandas, and SQL Hands-on experience with model deployment (REST APIs, microservices, or cloud-based inference) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI services Familiarity with MLOps practices (model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
