Sr. Instrumentation Engineer

JD for SENIOR LEAD INSTRUMENTATION: 1. Act as discipline lead for instrumentation on assigned projects. 2. Preparation of Instrument List/IO List 3. Preparation of Instrument Specification 4. Preparation of Instrument data sheet 5. Preparation of Cable Schedule/JB/Panel BOM/Cable block diagram 6. Preparation of Wiring/Logic/Interconnection Drawings 7. Preparation of Hook up Drawings/Loop Diagram 8. Instrumentation Installation Specification/MTO/BOM 9. Instrument layout/Control room layout/Cable Routing layout/Cable tray Layout/Instrumentation location plan/Layout/F & G layout/3 D modelling 10. Understanding/Review of Design basis/Vendor document review/Technical bid Evaluation 11. Proficient in reading P &ID/Process control systems like PLC/DCS/SCADA 12. Knowledge and preparation of Industrial communication protocols like HART/Modbus/Profibus/Fieldbus etc 13. Knowledge and Skills on various standards and regulations like ISA/ASME/API/IEC/ATEX etc

SOFTWARE/TOOLS KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED. 1. SPI 2. AVEVA INSTRUMENTATION 3. AUTOCAD 4. MS OFFICE 5. NAVIS WORKS SIZING KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 1. CONTROL VALVE SIZING 2. PSV SIZING 3. ORIFICE SIZING/FE SIZING 4. THERMOWELL SIZING OTHER SKILL REQUIRED. 1. Independently working on projects for timely execution of projects 2. Coordination with clients/Inter disciplinary coordination for inputs and execution of work in agile environments 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills 4. Eager to learn and new technologies and solving the problem\Posses strong communication 5. Possess strong planning and strong team management skills with ability to handle multitasks/projects simultaneously 6.Ensure adherence to project QA/QC procedures. 7.Provide technical support during procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning 9. Support project planning, effort estimation, and scheduling activities. 10. Ensure deliverables are issued as per project milestones and quality requirements. 11 Participate in design reviews and audits.
