About the role
Role Overview: You will be part of a core R&D team working on multiple verticals of Simulation at Siemens EDA. The team consists of energetic and enthusiastic individuals who are highly motivated. Key Responsibilities: - Develop core algorithmic advances and software design/architecture in the Questa Sim R&D team. - Collaborate with senior software engineers to ensure the final production level quality of current components and algorithms. - Contribute to building recent engines and supporting existing code. - Demonstrate self-motivation, self-discipline, and the ability to set personal goals while consistently working towards them in a dynamic workplace. Qualification Required: - B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Electrical Engineering (EE), or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) from a reputable engineering institution with 16+ years of experience. - Strong knowledge of C/C++, algorithms, and data structures. - Familiarity with compiler concepts and optimizations. - Experience with UNIX and/or LINUX platforms is essential. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and guide others towards successful project completion.
