Chapter Lead (f/m/d) ERP Project Execution and Service

A Snapshot of Your Day As a Chapter Lead (f/m/d), you lead and develop a team of ERP experts while ensuring the stable and reliable operation of business-critical ERP solutions for project and service processes. You drive the chapter's contribution to the SAP S/4HANA transformation, balancing operational excellence with strategic innovation. By collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you ensure high-quality service delivery and the successful implementation of future-ready ERP capabilities. This position requires deep knowledge of business processes in customer service and large engineer-to-order projects as well as the relevant SAP ERP modules (CS, PS). How You’ll Make an Impact Leadership, mentoring, and development of ERP teams, including performance management, resource planning, and talent development Team representation in management forums and cross-functional initiatives, serving as the primary chapter contact Management of ERP service delivery, ensuring system stability, performance, and compliance with defined service levels (SLAs) Governance of IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management, as well as continuous service improvement Leadership of ERP workstreams within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including solution design, implementation, and project delivery Technical governance of ERP enhancements, cross-functional collaboration, and transition of new solutions into stable operations, including knowledge transfer and documentation What You Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field Experience in ERP application management, with a focus on SAP in project and service business environments Proven leadership experience in managing, developing, and mentoring technical expert teams Extensive expertise in leading large-scale IT transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementations Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP PS/CS modules, as well as ERP project management Expertise in business process design, process improvement, governance, vendor management, and stakeholder collaboration About the Team In our Business Functions we enable our organization to reach their targets by providing best-in class services and solutions in the areas of IT, HR, Finance, Real Estate, Strategy & Technology and more.
