How You’ll Make an Impact effective commissioning for HVDC projects from test phase to site execution Guide an international team of experts, aligning people, processes, and performance Ensure full compliance with contracts, regulations, and occupational health and safety standards site test facilities, acting as a key quality gate for HW/SW readiness Enable seamless construction site execution through strong coordination, clear communication, and structured progress reporting conformance handling.
