Senior Backend Developer

Job Summary Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems using C#, .NET, Python Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues Implement security measures and data protection protocols Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and unit test cases Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in backend development Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software Manage webservers and configure services Collaborate with data scientists and analysts Assist in transitioning from monolithic to microservices architecture What You Bring 7-10 years of experience in backend development Ability to leading and mentoring the technical team Hands on experience in designing the backend systems Hands on experience in optimizing performance of backend services Strong proficiency in either C# .NET or Python Willingness and ability to learn the new language Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Solid understanding of OOPs concepts and database systems (SQL and NoSQL) Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Understanding of Design patterns Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field Experience working with multiculture and multinational team
