How You’ll Make an Impact Key Technical Skills Expert proficiency in Python and its ecosystem, with experience in building high-performance APIs and services using frameworks like FastAPI/Flask. Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals: system design, API design, data structures, and algorithms. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes). Language & Collaboration Strong communication skills in English for clear technical documentation and effective cross-team collaboration. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CI/CD pipelines, MLOps practices, or monitoring tools for AI applications. Familiarity with frontend technologies (Node.js, React) is a plus, enabling smoother collaboration with frontend engineers. A portfolio or GitHub repository demonstrating projects involving LLMs, AI agents, or complex backend systems. What You Bring Education Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Core Experience (Required) 3+ years of professional experience in backend service or data-intensive application development. Solid experience in data analysis and processing, proficient with tools like Alteryx, Snowflake, and SQL for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis. Proven experience in building applications with Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI agents. Practical knowledge of frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex is a strong plus.
