About the role
As an Associate Architect - C#.Net and WPF at our vibrant international team, your responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining scalable desktop or enterprise applications using C#/.NET/WPF. This role requires a combination of architecture ownership, hands-on development, code reviews, mentoring, and collaboration with product and QA teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop application components using C#, .NET, and WPF. - Define technical architecture and contribute to design decisions for new features and enhancements. - Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code. - Review code and guide developers on design patterns, best practices, and quality standards. - Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and support production fixes. - Mentor team members and support technical knowledge sharing. Qualifications Required: - 8 to 11 years of overall software development experience. - Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET, and WPF. - Prior experience in technical leadership, solution design, or module ownership is preferred. - Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework or .NET Core. - Strong hands-on experience in WPF desktop application development. - Valuable knowledge of OOP, design patterns, MVVM, and multithreading. Based in Bangalore, this individual contributor position may require travel to other locations within India and internationally.
