Create aesthetic visualizations and reports that clearly communicate complex data comprehensibly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Order-to-Cash, Service Operations, and IT data engineers and architects, to support strategic objectives. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytical activities and provide feedback to data governance functions. Use data insights to facilitate the standardization and reinforcement of global processes to align with intended process workflows, respecting software template design. Present findings and recommendations to senior management to aid decision-making. Identify further data requirements, integrate such data, and maintain data quality and accessibility in collaboration with data architects. Knowledge and Experience: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent. 10+ years of relavant experience required Proven experience and familiarity with data warehouses, databases, and visualization software. SQL and Python coding experience, with strong knowledge of databases and data warehousing. Siemens Healthineers specific experience in OTC and FI processes is highly desirable. Otherwise, experience in a healthcare business or another relevant industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong project management skills. Certifications in analytics are preferable. Strong practical knowledge of data visualization tools and analytical techniques.
