Process Engineer - Piping

You'll make a difference by: Piping planning as per P&ID. Isometric / prefab isometric preparation. Isometric checking. Support modeling in 3D & Support drawing preparation in 2D for critical pipeline & noncritical pipeline. Preparation piping GAD in 2D from extract 3D. Must have experience reading stress resistant summaries. Vendor drawings review, exp- tank drawing /pump drawing/pipeline component / Heat Exchangers, Heaters etc. Understand customer Specifications / Contract, HBD's Line Sizing, MOC selection and pipe wall thickness calculation Technical Evaluation of offers Technical Co-ordination with suppliers Your success is grounded in: Diploma/ Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or other comparable degree Experience Should minimum four (4) years in Process engineering, in the field of Power Plant / Steam Turbine area with depth knowledge of steam piping Piping & pipe support design Total Experience of 4 to 6 years for BE and 7 to 9 years for Diploma Holder. Ability to travel globally Excellent team player to support and serve the global team High flexibility in taking new tasks/responsibilities Proactive and Solution Oriented. Ability to Pull inputs and interact with interface partners. Excellent communication skills, Excellent English language skills Interaction with internal partners and customers requires good communication skills. Software knowledge; - Aveva E3D/PDMS software, Open Plant & (2D) AutoCAD / MicroStation. This role is based in Gurugram. But you'll also get to visit other locations in India and globe, so you'll need to go where this journey takes you.
