Quality Validation (QV) Engineer

Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software. Seeking an expert QV Engineer to lead end-to-end validation, integration testing, and release readiness. This role also acts as the primary SX Marketplace (SX MP) promoter, serving as the link between NFR, E2E, and PI, and the go-to person for collaborator demos, guided testing, and platform capability communication. Key Responsibilities SX MP Promotion (Core): Act as SX MP evangelist and SME; lead guided collaborator testing sessions; develop feature demo videos; communicate platform capabilities; bridge NFR, E2E, and PI teams. E2E Integration Testing: Implement end-to-end and integration testing; validate workflows, data flows, and integrations; ensure environment readiness and risk-based regression. Release Readiness: Drive risk-based testing and quality gates; provide go/no-go recommendations; analyze defect trends. Automation Technical Validation: Contribute to API/UI automation; debug failures and align with production risks. Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct demos, sprint reviews, and UAT support; communicate risks and confidence. Production Support: Act as quality bridge; perform log/data-based triage; validate hotfix. Global Collaboration: Work with CET stakeholders; ensure cross-region handovers. Success Criteria Trusted SX MP promoter enabling stakeholders via demos and guided testing. Ownership of E2E test cycles and release quality signals. Improved coverage of critical journeys. Effective triage and teamwork. Qualification: We are seeking a candidate with 68 years in QA/QV with strong E2E and integration testing. Experience in stakeholder demos and guided testing. API/UI testing and service validation. Strong debugging using logs and data! Agile, release management, QA tools (Jira/Xray). Strong interpersonal skills! Willingness to align with CET hours. Nice-to-Have Demo video creation.
