This is your role Leading and Managing RD Team and its related activities Strong Technological background with in-depth Knowledge of Instrument Transformer, Bushings and Coils In depth Process knowledge of New Product Development, Value Engg, MIS SAP We dont need superheroes, just super minds. Knowledge acquired in B.E. Electrical, M.Tech or M.E. preferably Technical Skills: High Voltage Engineering, Electrostatic Electromagnetic Design Working knowledge of SAP, Quality Management System Key Skills: English fluency in business Communication with stakeholders Pronounced Communication skills for clarifying requirements/solutions and resolving Technical Query Proactive mindset and approach to serve internal and external customers Mindset of growth and service to support colleagues and always think win-win Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi-cultural team Time management and Prioritization Skills Readiness to dig deep into techno-commercial topics.
