Senior Test Lead

You'll make a difference by: Defining and driving enterprise-level test architecture, frameworks, and standards across programs and platforms Creating and maintaining end-to-end test strategies covering functional, automation-first, and non-functional testing Establishing quality metrics, governance models, and best practices to ensure consistent delivery excellence Designing and implementing scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks Selecting, standardizing, and optimizing test tools and technologies across teams Defining strategies for test data management and test environment readiness Integrating automated testing seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines to enable fast feedback cycles Collaborating closely with DevOps teams to support continuous testing and deployment Defining approaches for performance, security, reliability, and resilience testing Ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory quality standards , where applicable Implementing quality gates, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into product quality Actively participating in architecture forums, design reviews, and cross-team discussions. You'll win us over by: Holding a B.E / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline with a strong academic record Having 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering Possessing 4-6+ years of experience in a Test Architect / QA Architect / SDET Architect role Demonstrating hands-on expertise in automation strategy, framework design, and tool selection Proven experience in integrating quality engineering practices into DevOps and CI/CD environments Strong understanding of AI/ML-driven testing tools and modern testing approaches Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical quality solutions Key Technical Skills: Test Automation: UFT, Playwright, Selenium, Cypress API Testing: REST services CI/CD Tools: GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins Performance Testing: JMeter, LoadRunner Test Management & Tracking: RTC, RQM, JIRA Cloud & Containers: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes Programming / Scripting: Java, Python, JavaScript, or C# Youll stand out if you have: Experience mentoring and coaching QA engineers, SDETs, and test leads Strong exposure to architectural reviews and enterprise-scale testing programs Experience working across multiple agile teams and large transformation initiatives Passion for driving continuous improvement in quality engineering practices Well support you with: Flexible and hybrid working opportunities A diverse, inclusive, and collaborative culture Continuous learning and career development opportunities An attractive and competitive compensation package This role is based in Chennai, where youll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries - and the shape of things to come.
