Qualifications required for this role include a BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent, along with 1012 years of experience in software development, including 23 years of experience leading engineering teams. Strong hands-on expertise in Golang (backend/service development), Angular/React.Js (frontend development), and AWS (cloud architecture and deployment) is essential. A solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and scalable system design is also necessary. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle ambiguity and drive decisions independently are key attributes for success in this role.
