Sr Software Engineer

As a Lead Software Engineer at Siemens Healthineers Radiopharma, your role will involve translating business needs into software requirements, designing code to meet quality standards, mentoring the team, and implementing productivity improvement measures for the program. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze software requirements, translate them into design, and break down the work for components - Implement and document assigned work based on project schedule - Test the work product, investigate and fix software defects, and ensure high-quality deliverables - Coordinate development topics with stakeholders, ensure process adherence, and maintain product/process quality - Identify and implement tests to ensure the solution meets customer requirements and does not impact the installed base - Integrate and submit solutions into the software configuration management system within committed timelines Desired Experience: - Proficiency in JS, HTML, CSS, Angular/React/Vue/Ember, SQL/Postgres, Graphql (apollo) - Secondary skills in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, YAML - Strong knowledge of Git or equivalent source control - Nice to have skills in Python and knowledge of various CI/CD practices Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering or equivalent - 4 to 7 years of experience in software development lifecycle In addition to technical skills, you should possess good communication skills, be self-motivated, quality, and result-oriented, as well as have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
