About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop Electronic Support (ES), Electronic Attack (EA), and Electronic Protection (EP) systems 2. Develop RF front ends, microwave assemblies, waveguides, LNAs, filters, mixers, frequency converters, power amplifiers, and antenna interfaces 3. Build SDR-based communication systems including secure datalinks, adaptive waveforms, frequency hopping, and communication security 4. Design DSP algorithms for detection, tracking, classification, beamforming, adaptive filtering, and interference suppression 5. Develop GNSS/PNT solutions with anti-jamming, anti-spoofing, INS integration, and sensor fusion techniques 6. Design embedded software using C/C++, interface FPGA/DSP processors, and support PCB design and debugging 7. Integrate RF, embedded, thermal, power, and mechanical subsystems from prototype to production 8. Perform RF measurements, link budget analysis, noise figure calculations, and EMC/EMI optimization 9. Conduct system validation using lab equipment such as VNA, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and SDR platforms 10. Degree in electronics & communication, RF & microwave, electrical, instrumentation, aerospace, or related field (B.E./B.Tech., M.E./M.Tech., or MS) 2. Strong expertise in Electronic Warfare (ES, EA, EP), RF & microwave engineering, and high-power RF systems 3. Knowledge of antenna systems, radar fundamentals, DSP techniques, FFT, adaptive filtering, and direction finding 4. Experience with FPGA/DSP implementation, SDR platforms, and tactical communication systems 5. Proficiency in Embedded C/C++, Python, MATLAB, and RF system analysis 6. Hands-on experience with RF measurements, link budgets, and EMC/EMI analysis 7. Familiarity with design tools such as HFSS, CST, ADS, Altium, Cadence, KiCad, GNU Radio, or MATLAB/Simulink 8. Experience in defence electronics, radar systems, SDR, aerospace, satellite communications, or DRDO/DPSU projects preferred 9. Knowledge of military standards such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, JSS 55555, and defence compliance processes 10. Strong analytical skills, system-level thinking, documentation ability, and cross-functional collaboration 11. Ability to independently handle projects from concept to production and work in high-responsibility environments 12.
