Business Analyst (Data & AI)

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Transformation Office and support strategic business, digital, and technology transformation initiatives across the organization. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project managers to identify opportunities, gather and document requirements, improve business processes, and support the successful delivery of transformation programs. Required SkillsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, evaluate, and prioritize strategic initiatives aligned with business goals and market needs.Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis.Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process maps, use cases, and other project documentation.Analyze current business processes and operational workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities.Support enterprise technology implementations, digital transformation initiatives, AI-enabled solutions, and process optimization programs.Work as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.Support testing, user acceptance activities, change management, and business adoption efforts.Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Essential Skills4+ years of overall experience with 23 years in a Business Analyst role.Experience working on enterprise technology, digital transformation, process improvement, or business transformation programs.Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Understanding of end-to-end business processes and operational workflows.Exposure to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.Additional SkillsRetail industry experience preferred.Experience working with GCC-based organizations (either within the GCC region or supporting GCC clients from offshore locations) is highly desirable.Understanding of retail business processes such as merchandising, supply chain, warehousing, inventory management, store operations, and omnichannel retail. .
