About the role: We are seeking a Manual QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in manual testing and Agile environments. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of quality assurance principles and be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery through comprehensive test planning, execution, and defect management. This role requires close collaboration with US-based teams and the ability to work during US business hours. Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Skills and qualifications (mandatory): - Design, develop, and execute detailed manual test cases and test scenarios - Define test strategy and contribute to test planning activities - Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing - Ensure complete test coverage based on business and technical requirements - Identify, document, and track defects; perform root cause analysis - Validate bug fixes and conduct re-testing - Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) - Collaborate with developers, product owners and product support team - Provide transparent test status reports and quality metrics Skills and qualifications (preferred): - 5+ years of experience in manual software testing - Solid understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices - Strong understanding of STLC and defect lifecycle - Ha .
