About the role
We are hiring for Microsoft 365 Engineer – AI & Workplace Collaboration for Pune location. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage enterprise-grade workplace collaboration platforms across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud environments. Work on AI-enabled project delivery including requirement gathering, design, implementation, testing, and adoption. Develop and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks for workplace collaboration use cases. Design Copilot prompts and workflows using LangChain and RAG-based architectures. Implement governance frameworks including retention, compliance, and DLP. Manage unified communication platforms like Microsoft Teams, Cisco, Zoom, and Contact Center solutions. Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
