Systems Engineer SM AI / AIOps -Infra

Key Responsibilities Build and implement AIOps solutions for anomaly detection, event correlation, noise reduction, incident clustering, and predictive insights. Develop GenAI-powered copilots and agents for incident summarization, knowledge retrieval (RAG), diagnostics, and operational automation. Create governance and operational dashboards to provide service health insights, alert analytics, MTTR/MTTA trends, and automation impact metrics. Drive Problem Management and Shift-Left initiatives through incident pattern analysis, knowledge generation, and operational intelligence. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as ITSM tools, Teams, SharePoint, APIs, and observability platforms . Ensure adherence to Responsible AI, security, governance, and operational excellence standards. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in Python for analytics and automation. Expertise in AIOps, Observability, and Operational Analytics (metrics, logs, traces, events). Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar. Hands-on experience building RAG solutions , vector search, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval systems. Strong understanding of incident management, automation, event correlation, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis . Experience with SQL, data modeling, dashboarding (Power BI/Grafana/Splunk/Kibana) , and workflow automation. Familiarity with Azure Cloud and enterprise integrations through APIs. Preferred Experience Building AI assistants/copilots for Infrastructure Operations, NOC, Service Management, or IT Operations.
