Role Description The Director SAP Treasury is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Treasury solutions for clients. This role oversees treasury transformation projects, including cash and liquidity management, risk management, and integration with finance and ERP systems. The Director will manage stakeholder expectations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide strategic guidance on treasury processes and system enhancements. Daily responsibilities include supervising project teams, reviewing solution architectures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate policies, and resolving complex technical and functional issues. The role also involves mentoring team members, contributing to business development activities, and promoting best practices in SAP Treasury and financial operations. Qualifications Strong expertise in SAP Treasury and Risk Management, including cash management, liquidity planning, in-house banking, and integration with SAP FI/CO.Experience leading end-to-end SAP implementation or upgrade projects, with skills in solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Solid background in corporate treasury operations, financial risk management, banking interfaces, and payment processes.Proven leadership skills in managing project teams, stakeholder communication, and decision-making in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient SAP Treasury solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelors or masters degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or a related field.Professional certifications in SAP, treasury, or finance (e.g., SAP certification, CTP, CFA) are an advantage.Experience working with consulting firms or client-facing roles, with strong customer service and relationship management capabilities.Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and collaborate effectively with local and global teams. .
