Senior Frontend Developer

USA 8+ Full-Time We are looking for a skilled UX Designer who has a focus on end-user ease of use and functionality of the application. The UX designer will work with designers and trend analysts to develop applications that reach as many users as possible. To be successful as a UX designer you must have expert skills in back-end development as well as a good knowledge of new tools and trends in the industry. Responsibilities: Actively participate in daily stand-ups and other scrum ceremonies. Design new solutions and drive alignment across engineering and product teams. Break down project work into tasks with reasonable time estimates. Prioritize work within a project to deliver on the most necessary or urgent requirements. Communicate with team members on progress. Write code to implement new features or optimize existing services. Determine the most efficient means to sufficiently test new code: unit tests, integration tests, performance tests, etc. Use logs, monitoring tools, and work with developers to determine root causes across distributed components. Perform code reviews for members of the team, bearing a sense of responsibility for approved code. Mentor team members in areas of expertise. Help to onboard new team members. Required Skills: 5+ years of related experience crafting and operating front end services. 2+ Years experience with Angular 2.0+ and/or React. Demonstrated knowledge of AGILE/Scrum practices. Highly skilled with modern development technologies: HTML, CSS, ES6, Angular 2.0+, React, and Typescript used to design, deliver, debug, and maintain front-end user interfaces. Extensive experience with responsive web design techniques and implementation. Extensive experience with cross-platform and cross-browser development and testing including Cypress High level of proficiency in design, web and multimedia software and applications, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Storybook. Extensive experience with graphic design, color theory, typography, styles, and layout techniques. In-depth knowledge and experience with UI/UX standards and best practices. Ability to understand and grasp customer’s web design strategies and branding goals.
