Key ResponsibilitiesManual TestingUnderstand product requirements, functional flows, and business logic. Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test dataPerform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing. Identify, log, track, and verify bugs using defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira)Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues. Participate in requirement reviews and provide early QA feedbackAutomation Testing (Playwright)Write and maintain UI automation tests using Playwright. Work with Java or TypeScript for test automationExecute automated test suites and analyze results. Assist in improving test coverage and automation stability. Follow best practices for test structure, selectors, and assertions.API TestingPerform API testing using tools like Postman / REST clients. Validate request/response payloads, status codes, and error handlingBasic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, headers, authentication. Automate API tests using rest assured / playwright. Performance Testing (Good to Have)Basic knowledge of performance and load testing concepts. Exposure to Apache JMeter. Ability to execute simple load tests and analyze basic reports Required Skills & QualificationsMust Have1-3 year of experience or internship experience in software testing. Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals.
