Solution Architect - EPM

Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Architecture: Design end-to-end EPM solutions with insightsoftware EPM products , aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives. Develop solution blueprints covering data integration, application alignment, authorization frameworks, and performance optimization . Implementation and Delivery: Lead technical implementation of EPM solutions, overseeing configurations, customizations, and integrations with ERP and enterprise applications. Define and implement data models, hierarchies, business rules, and calculation logic for planning and consolidation. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with finance, FP&A, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Facilitate design sessions and validate approaches. Present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences , including executive leadership. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams. Establish development standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for EPM solutions. Lead proof-of-concepts to validate new technologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Project Management Support: Contribute to project planning, estimation, and resource allocation . Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and support change management activities , including training and knowledge transfer.
