As a Statistical Programmer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing studies, analyzing complex datasets, and providing actionable insights to guide strategic decisions. Your expertise in statistics will be utilized to develop and validate predictive models, perform exploratory data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy. Additionally, you will mentor junior analysts and contribute to data-driven innovation within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute statistical analyses for experimental, observational, and survey data. - Develop and validate predictive and inferential models using advanced statistical techniques such as regression, ANOVA, Bayesian methods, and time-series analysis. - Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and key drivers of outcomes. - Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency. - Provide statistical consultation to business, product, and research teams, translating technical results into clear, actionable insights. - Prepare technical reports, visualizations, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Mentor junior statisticians and data analysts, promoting best practices in statistical modeling and data interpretation. Qualifications Required: - Masters or Ph.D. in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. - 56 years of hands-on experience in applied statistics, data analysis, or quantitative research. - Strong command of statistical software and programming languages such as R, Python, SPSS, AMOS, MPLus, SAS, Mathematica, or Stata. - Proficiency in SPSS, AMOS, MPlus, STATA, R, etc. - Solid understanding of hypothesis testing, sampling methods, experimental design, regression modeling, and multivariate analysis. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
