Lead Identity Engineer - SailPoint ISC

About the Role: We are seeking a Lead SailPoint ISC Engineer to spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset in handling identity governance across diverse systems. You will be a key contributor in building scalable and secure identity infrastructures, helping Simeios clients manage risk and achieve compliance while supporting smooth business operations. What Youll Do: Lead and mentor team members in deploying and maintaining SailPoint ISC-based identity solutionsArchitect and configure Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, and implement Null Checks and TransformsEnsure integrations with systems like HRIS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms are secure and efficientMonitor performance and troubleshoot issues within the SailPoint platform What You Bring: Hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC, including expertise in:Identity ProfilesNull ChecksTransformsAccess ProfilesProven track record of implementing SailPoint in enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with identity lifecycle processes, access reviews, and role-based access controlStrong scripting skills (Bean shell, Java, etc.) and knowledge of APIsExceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities About Simeio and What We Do: Simeio has over 650 talented employees across the globe.
