Role Overview We are seeking a Solution Architect specializing in AI and Machine Learning to lead and design enterprise-grade AI solutions. This role requires expertise in Agentic AI, Data Science, and MLOps, along with a strong passion for innovation, customer engagement, leadership, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities AI Solution Design: Architect complex Agentic AI solutions with layered AI services, logic, and data readiness practices, focusing on Generative AI and LLMs. Design scalable enterprise solutions aligned with business requirements.MLOps Leadership: Implement and promote MLOps best practices for scalable, efficient AI/ML workflows.Technical Leadership: Mentor and lead AI engineers, ensuring technical excellence and successful project delivery.Customer & Presales Collaboration: Participate in presales discussions, interact with customers to understand business requirements, and translate business objectives into AI-driven solutions by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.Innovation: Stay updated on advancements in AI to foster team and organizational growth. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in developing ML-powered services and algorithms.Proven track record of building enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.Hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLMs and tools like LangChain, LangSmith, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, and Haystack.Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, R, and diverse ML algorithms.Familiarity with Azure/AWS ML stack.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience in solution design, customer interaction, and presales activities.Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
