Technical Lead (.Net + React JS)

The Technical Lead will have a clear understanding of building scalable web applications using .Net. The role involves understanding business requirements and architecting / designing appropriate solutions that are secure, scalable, highperforming and testable. It is a handson role involving building software and taking ownership of delivery by working closely with junior members. Responsibilities Designing functional technology solutions Overseeing development and implementation of programs Providing technical leadership and support to software development teams Requirements 8 to 10 years of overall & relevant experience. Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership. Minimum of 8 yearsexperience in building web applications using ASP.NET Core and .NET platform in general. Good understanding of IIS configuration Strong experience with Build and Release, Agile processes, Scrum Master, and Estimation/Planning Experience of architecting and designing web applications and services Must have skills .Net Core Web API MS SQL Server Design Patterns / Solid Principles Analytical skills Communication Good to have Azure PaaS services App Services, Function App, Service Bus Queue, Key Vault Unit Testing Frameworks DevOps / pipelines Experience in SQL programming, with experience of writing & optimizing queries that access/process millions of records Technical Competencies IIS, Fiddler, SSMS, Postman WPF, Microsoft Word applications/ add-ins SSRS, SSIS JIRA, SVN Functional Competencies Must have good problemsolving skills Must have excellent design, coding, and refactoring skills Must have good communication and presentation skills Must be aware of latest IT, tech trends and best practices Must be passionate about technologies, products, and domains Must be able to communicate complex technical ideas in a straightforward way Should be a lateral thinker, who provides simple innovative solutions to complex problems Should be able to participate in multiple projects simultaneously Must have experience in large and complex database design and maintenance Must have experience in large scale web applications Familiarity with SaaS product constructs and cloud technology concepts Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment practices (CI/CD) Must be a quick learner and open to learn new technologies Qualification Diploma, B.E. / B.Tech / B.C.S. / M.E. /M.Tech /, M.C.A /M.C.M .
