Trainee Business Analyst

About the job: We are hiring Trainee Business Analysts with a strong technical and AI-assisted working mindset. The role requires candidates who can leverage AI tools to enhance analysis, documentation, testing, and productivity. Selected candidates will be trained on healthcare domain knowledge but are expected to bring strong analytical thinking, basic coding skills, and ability to effectively use AI tools in day-to-day work. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications 2. Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools) to: o Assist in requirement analysis and documentation o Generate test cases, user stories, and summaries. 3. Improve productivity in research, troubleshooting, and reporting 4. Collaborate with development and QA teams to define acceptance criteria and validate solutions 5. Support testing activities including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) 6. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to delivery cycles 7. Perform basic data analysis and assist in identifying patterns or issues 8.
