About the role
We are seeking an experienced Java Full-Stack Developer with 5+ years of proven industry experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8, 11, 17+), Spring frameworks, and front-end technologies, along with solid skills in data structures and algorithms. This role involves building scalable, high-performance applications, integrating front-end interfaces, and deploying solutions in cloud environments. The candidate should be capable of contributing effectively to complex architectures and driving development efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Core Java and Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud). Implement efficient data structures and algorithms to enhance application performance. Develop responsive user interfaces using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React (HTMX is a plus). Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot. Work with SQL for relational database design and management, and gain exposure to NoSQL databases. Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP acceptable). Utilize DevOps tools including Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, JIRA, GIT, Maven, Postman, and SOAP-UI to automate and streamline workflows. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and reliability. Stay current with new technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices in Java and cloud development. Requirements / Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack Java development. Strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and problem-solving techniques. Proficiency in Core Java (Java 8, 11, 17+) and the Spring ecosystem. Experience with front-end development using Angular, React, or equivalent frameworks. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and relational databases (SQL). Familiarity with NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git. Experience with Python is a strong plus. Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
