Engineer - Implementation

Job Title: Implementation Engineer Department: Service - Implementation Reports To: Key Account Manager Experience: 2+ years Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (with potential travel to client sites) Role Overview: As an Implementation Engineer at SIONIQ, you will assist in the deployment and customization of SIONIQ ERP for new clients. Your responsibilities will include system configuration, data migration, conducting training sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition to the live environment. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in the setup and configuration of SIONIQ ERP to align with client requirements. · Perform data migration tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness. · Conduct training sessions for client teams, both online and offline, to facilitate system adoption. · Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including configuration settings and training materials. · Monitor system performance post-implementation, addressing any issues promptly. · Collaborate with senior team members to identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling additional ERP modules. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. · 2+ years of experience in ERP implementation or system integration. · Familiarity with ERP systems and business process mapping. · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients effectively. · Knowledge of the jewelry industry is advantageous. · Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is mandatory.
