Lead - QA

You will lead quality assurance strategies and manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for software products. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement QA procedures and strategies to ensure product reliability.Lead and mentor QA team members through guidance, training, and performance feedback.Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.Collaborate with product development, engineering, and customer support to identify and resolve quality issues.Manage the QA testing environment, including configuration and test data integrity.Investigate customer-reported issues and implement corrective actions to address root causes.Required Skills4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.Expertise in software testing and manual testing.Proficiency in performance testing.Deep understanding of various testing methodologies.Ability to establish QA metrics, goals, and objectives.Experience analyzing test results to provide actionable recommendations to development teams.Any Graduate degree.
