Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) L3 Experience: 6–10 Years Role Summary Provide L3 support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications, ensuring platform stability, incident resolution, performance optimization, and production support. Key Responsibilities Handle complex production incidents and perform RCA. Support AEM Author, Publish, Dispatcher, and DAM environments. Monitor application health, performance, and availability. Manage deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes. Troubleshoot AEM, Dispatcher, replication, indexing, and integration issues. Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution. Required Skills AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service AEM Sites, Assets (DAM), Workflows Dispatcher, CRX/DE, Oak Repository Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly) REST APIs, Git, Maven Linux/Unix ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace (preferred) Preferred Skills Adobe Experience Cloud solutions AEM Cloud Manager CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) Adobe Certification Soft Skills Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to handle critical incidents and work in a fast-paced environment
