L3 Network Juniper Support

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and monitoring Juniper switch pairs deployed in L2 mode across client sites. Your role will involve onboarding Juniper switches into Juniper Mist for seamless integration, maintaining connectivity between Azure Local infrastructure and client local networks, troubleshooting Layer 2 switching issues, and optimizing network performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with infra and cloud teams for deployment and operational support, implement network policies, ensure compliance with client standards, perform firmware upgrades, and configuration backups via Mist portal. Your duties will also include generating health reports and analytics using Mists AI-driven insights, providing technical documentation, and handover to operations teams, as well as supporting remote and on-site network activities as required.
