Job Summary SiTime is seeking a seasoned and hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP Order to Cash Consultant for designing and overseeing support and implementation of Order to cash systems primarily Oracle ERP Fusion. This role requires a deep understanding of Order to Cash systems such as Order Management, Shipping and AR. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust functional and technical background and the ability to align technology solutions with business goals. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. Responsibilities: Understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement. Plan, design, and implement systems solutions, particularly in the Order to Cash (O2C) process. Collaborate with business teams to gather business requirements and translate them into IT requirements and functional design specifications. Provide hands-on support for Oracle Cloud ERP and related applications, ensuring successful implementation and integration.
